Yes that is terrible shooting a tiny dog! I also have heard in the local news, can't remember when, a month or so ago, a deputy in NC or Va, shot a pudgy little dachshund to death. Went to a family disturbance and ended up shooting their dog. Got away with it. Dog was growling and running after him as he was going to his car. He just automatically turned around and shot it! The dog was seen as viscious. |
