Well our young bhoy is now nearly 10 weeks old and, touch wood we are absolutely delighted with his overall demeanor, nature and his attempts to toilet in his appointed place (except for a couple of daily accidents)

! Since I have never owned a Yorkie before I,m looking for a bit of help/advice. Quite often (couple of times a week) bits of pooh seem to get stuck to his rear end, amongst his hair, which neccesitates me washing his rear end. Is this quite common (please don,t laugh) and would getting the hair on his bottom shaved when next at the vets sort the problem out

? I think he,s quite embarrased about it so am typing this when he has gone to bed for the night

His stools are perfectly formed, firm and no trace of worms etc.
