I don't know anything about antiques, but I do know that people specifically look for them and will come EARLY. Any time I've had anything remotely resembling an antique (I didn't actually have any) I've had to shoo people away because they came too early and were only interested in that one item. People antiques shopping KNOW what the value is and try to talk you down, assuming you do not. So do some research and make sure you know the true value, because I think antiques are the exception to the "priced to sell" rule, unless you truly want to price it to sell!!!

There is nothing wrong with accepting less for something just to get it out of your garage!!
