Just got off the phone with the lady that manages the kennel. After all the complaints ( she wrote them down ) she said that she probably can't give me a refund! She said she was going to talk to her "people" and she should be getting back to me by the end of this week. I told her I wanted my vet bill paid and reimbursed for the services rendered. We'll see what happens. I told her that if I don't get reimbursed that I will take it further up the chain on base. I kept telling her I am not trying to sound brash or rude but I want my freakin money back! Geesh.. poor Marley. I hope she gets to feeling better!
