I'm sorry you're having such a hard time with your little one. How old is he? If he's still young maybe it's just the hyper puppy stage?
I hope that the ideas that some are offering are helping. If not, and your down to your last resort, I'd be more than happy to take him in. I'm not to far, I live in Irvine, and there is another pup here in my condo. Just thought I'd throw my hat in the ring in case it came to that.
