Hi Emma Lee,
My Sadie had her pups Saturday morning (July 4th). Her temp went up and down between 99.2 and 100.1 for about 5 days. I finally called the vet on Wednesday and she said when it gets below 99, then its getting close. Friday at noon it was 97.8 so I KNEW we were close. Still, labor didn't start until Saturday morning at 6A - a full 18 hrs later.
Just watch her - she'll let you know. I actually slept on the couch on Friday night next to her whelping box. She layed right on my belly all night until the first contraction.
I hope she goes all the way to 63 days........they need all the 'cooking' time they can get inside mama. Plus, as excited as you are for the babies to come - once they're out is when the 'worrying' begins. We had 4 live births but lost 2 within the first 5 hours. So sad!!!
