If the puppy can somehow get to me ,She will have all the love and health care she needs .I can pay for the surgery when its the appropriate time .I have spoken to my vet and while she is optomistic having not seen the puppy she knows me and says go for it .I am at home 24/7 Andy and I will take good care of her |
