I am sooooo sorry that you, and your baby had to experience this horrible situation and here's what I would do:

I would state all the facts in 1,2,3,4, or bullet points, etc...w/no emotions attached, so as to be as brief as possible, and email to everyone on your list, facebook, twitter, and every other form of social media you can communicate with, and I would make sure the kennel was a recipient of your email...Be careful not to make threats, or say anything that could cause a lawsuit, but these people need to be exposed for the establishment that they are...Just a suggestion, but that's what I would do...And I'd durn sure tell everyone you know, w/a pet to never never never use that kennel...Be sure and do blind copies to your email recipients, so the kennel is unable to respond or see any of the email addresses of people in your address book...
