That is absolutely horrible! Lousy excuses, too. What was the excuse for the urine soaked dog and bed? Don't blame you for being mad. I've used Pappy's Lodge in Plano, TX twice now and I have been unhappy both times. No wonder we don't go on vacation anymore. Ugh!!!!
