That sounds like submissive or excitable peeing. Does she do this with members of your family, or just guests?

Here are a few things I'd suggest:

* Before people are coming over, limit her water, and take her out for a brisk walk right before to empty her out.

* Have her SIT while the guests come in, maybe even in another room. A dog can't pee if it's sitting.

* Greet your guests, have them hang up their coats, make chitchat, and then CALMLY greet her, maybe one by one. You might want to intervene if she seems like she's getting too worked up, and have her go back to her spot and sit for a treat. When she's ready, she can go greet guests again.
