My 3 month old Bailey had poops with blood in it a few times and it scared me to death, I took him to the vet a couple of times. The cause of it seems to be certain foods in his case, so I'm switching to another brand. It is scary though, and I would definately take your little one to the vet asap to get his poop tested for coccidia and gardia. All the best.
