Listing as an Estate Sale would definitely give a different impression on pricing. At any yard sale, folks are looking for a deal and no matter how you price, most are going to ask for a reduced price.
I just had a garage sale two months ago and had a Habersham Plantation sofa table listed at $20 (these run upwards of $500) and I ended up selling it for $10.
If you want to list the designer items at a higher price, I would go through Ebay. You will most likely get that asking price (or more) there, but maybe not at a yard or even estate sale. Good luck!!!!!
