I'd say "NO" with a big N and big O! The sounds are loud and startling to us, and we know they're coming and have much less sensitive ears! My uncle had a Bull Mastiff (HUGE dog) and when it was a puppy, it was startled by a firecracker outside in the backyard. Ever since then, they had to give the dog tranquilizers whenever it was Fourth of July, The New Year or if they knew there was going to be a thunderstorm because the dog acted so erratic and scared that it would knock things down and curl in a corner (this is a 250lb dog, years and years after the first incident). This is why I wouldn't bring my little dog. She's better off home and safe. Inside, you can barely hear them and that's better off for them. Fireworks are entertaining to us and only us. They scare the sh*t out of every other animal! :P
