These are basic guarantees.
Your breeder should provide a minimum of 2 vaccinations a vet check, etc.
As far as parasites, if on the new owners original vet check the vet finds the pup is with parasite, kennel cough, ear infection, it is the breeder's responsibility to cover these costs.
On the other side of the contract there are certain things that should be on it that is the responsibility of the new puppy owner and will be required to adhere to.
Such as annual medical check-ups, temperatured housing, not being chained (and it has happened), spay/nueter responsibility if the breeder has not already had it completed, proper nutrition, etc.
