That is awful! What if it were a child? Some people are stupid and shouldn't have pets. It is a shame that dog has owners who may now have cost it it's life!
That poor little dog and your neighbor who went through this! My son was bitten twice by two different dogs, on different occasions who ran from their yards and bit. Thankfully the dog didn't completely turn on the lady also.
I would definetally go after them for ALL bills!!! And some fines of some sort if possible. |
