EASY!! breath....it is bad situation and it touched you, but simmer down...don't get so upset.
I am one of "those" people that think all dogs are wonderful. To bad the OWNERS are clueless on training the bully breeds.
If the dog breed is too much for a person, then they should not have that breed of dog. I have a house full of dogs right now and am fostering another little we just got today. But guess what? I have no bully breeds, no working dogs. I know my limitations. To bad not everyone else does.
You should be mad at the people and truly feel sorry for the dog, because yes, sometimes it is "easier" to PTS than re-train.
