If he is worried about being such a good neighbor, then why in the world did he take his dog that he knew to be aggressive? That is just pitiful. I honestly think in cases like that criminal charges should be filed against the owner. It wasn't like it was some kind of random thing. He attacked other dogs before, so he knew it was a possibility. Some people are just too stupid to own dogs.
