In order for her to come and not immediately run away you could pair it with a sit. I'm having similar issues with Bandit. He'll do most commands without treats, but I have to 'trick' him. We have a contract with Bark Busters and the trainer will be coming again next Thursday to help us work on coming and barking at people who come into the house.
