did you inform the dad hes an idiot? seriously thats nothing to laugh at! whats wrong with people? would he laugh if someone had their hands around his kids neck? or if a dog bit his kid while they were grabbing it?? i think not ! people ignorace amazes and angers me to no end!! also i have a 6 yr old and ive had yorkies sense she was about 2 never any problems between if your irresponsible they dont mix no matter what no excuse for it at all EVER!
