He really shouldn't have any problem with the chicken used from THK as it is organic. Most do not really have a chicken allergy - it is a response to all the antibiotics and hormones pumped into mass raised chickens.
But, if there is an allergy, scrathing lots, biting at paws, runny eyes/nose, frequent ear infections, and skin issues are just a few things that could be present.
