We have been using The Honest Kitchen for almost two years now!!!! I would recommend getting a travel size bag (the 4 ox0 of each formula and try them all. The best thing is they can be interchanged without any problem and it is very easily portable for tavel.
My girls didn't care for Verve at all, but love all the rest. We began with a combination of Force and Embark, but now just use Embark and Keen as Sissy can't have chicken products. I also really love the Preference and they get that daily with cooked white fish and salmon added to it.
Other than that, I don't add anything else, as it is a complete meal. Don't be surprised when you mix it up that is looks like you're feeding almost nothing. My girls each get 1/4 cup twice a day.
We also use Sparkle, their coat supplement. They have great treats, too!!!!!!
