First off, congrats on the new addition!

Yes, 7 weeks is much younger than what is commonly recommended as the ideal release age. (It's acutally illegal in many states!)

The best advice I can give you is to make sure that while your little one is adjusting, make sure that she has a very calm environment--no a lot of visitors, no running errands with you and if possible, minimal interaction with your cats for the time being.
Make sure that she is eating ample amounts of food several times per day and watch her very closely for signs of hypoglycemia (low blood sugar). Keep some Nutrical on hand just in case she shows any signs of it.
Make sure you are feeding her the food she was accustomed to eating while with the breeder...at least for now. If you decide to swap to something else, wait just a bit and swap her over gradually.
She should be resting quite a bit...make sure that you limit her play time.
