but I'm afraid it will not be pleasant for him or my fiancee because she has sort of babied him his whole life and he's going on 6 years old now.
If she wants to have a well rounded pet then the two of you need
to work together. Heaven forbid he bite someone else she won't
have a pet at all. I hope she works with you on training this little
one towards good behavior, if not all I see is trouble for everyone.

P.S. Is it possible the two dogs could get to know each other better
outdoors during a play time, being monitored of course. The Yorkie
needs time to adjust. I hope he can become friends with you girl.
