First, this dog should be neutered, not sure why he isn't, but there is NO need to have all those hormones racing thru him. So that's what I would be gearing up for. Second, he is confused and his space should be limited - can you gate him in the kitchen? Get some Belly Bands too and only do Positive Praise and a good treat reward for good behavior.
