I have a question, and I tried to figure out how to ask it without it sounding rude, but couldn't figure out a way, so please don't take this wrong, but I'm curious about something:

I have only ever had animals for pets, so I am wondering what being championed has to do with sleeping in a crate, and not on a doggy bed, (like our dogs), or some place uncrated.
