I hate to tell you, but moving to a new place will probably makes things worse. His desire to mark his new territory will be even stronger.

When are you moving? Hopefully not until his hormones settle down and you have some time to work on his indoor manners.

Dogs who are neutered later like Pierre and have already started marking can be very challenging to break of the habit.
