Everyone is just so busy with all the little details with the hotel, and scheduling that posting a list would be sort of a waste of time for the planning committee. However, I think that it would be a GREAT idea to have a list for those people arriving earlier than everyone else. Maybe since it was your idea you wouldn't mind spearheading a thread for just such a list? That way only people who want to can post, no one's privacy is invaded, the planning committee can smooth out the final details without worrying about getting everyone's permission to post their info, and members can meet up with their YT friends when they get to Alexandria?
If it wouldn't be too much of a bother I think that it would be a great idea! You could just post a link on here, or in your signature so that everyone can find it. What do you think?
