I agree with everyone else so far...one of the first thing I learned about getting a puppy is visiting the breeder to meet the parents.
I actual just visited California and was walking on the Walk of Fame when I saw a man with a cute little puppy, I asked how old since I was missing my Duke, he said 2 months then proceeded to tell me that he's selling the puppy for $200, it's a golden chihuahua(?), his wife was also holding another dog....so sad, I can't believe that he was just selling his puppy on the street like that
