I told my friend I was looking for a yorkie breeder in the NY tristate area and she told me that she bought her yorkie from this man/breeder. Well she told me that the breeder met her in the lower east side, in the City, and brought her yorkie with him. He gave them a folder with all his paper work, all his shots, but kept the registration papers because they only gave him a deposit. They set up a payment plan of paying him every 2 weeks. What do you lovely ladies thinks? Does this seem shady or good? my friend said her dog is so healthy and happy and she calls the breeder all the time with questions and that he is great.
Any opinions on this?
