My little girl had all her adult teeth come in and the only baby teeth that stuck around were her canines so she had 4 canines her adult and her baby and they weren't coming out.
So I went to my vet and asked them if they were ever going to come out and he advised me to get them taken out as soon as possible because it would cause her to develop gingivitis, and I had noticed gunk between them.
So that being said I got them taken out a couple days later and all her teeth adjusted properly.
