This is my first thread on these forums and had a quick question for everyone who has crate trained their Yorkies.

My gf and I bought Nano last week and he has been pretty fun and great to be around. He's a Morkie and since I couldn't find a MorkieTalk.com I figured this would do

We have been doing some crate training but couldn't decide which crate was best to use for him overnight and when we're gone for a couple hours.
We have both a large wire framed crate with divider so the are is just big enough for him to stand up, turn and lay down, but it's fairly high so he could jump up on the cage and cry when he's starting his pre-sleep whining.

We also have the Kennel Cab which is obviously just the right size for him since he's only 10 weeks and he can't jump in this one but can move around just enough like the other one.

Which one has worked for you? What other tips do you have for crate training them?
