I cut the hair at the end of her "little girl" to about 1/2 inch. I thought this would help. Are you saying it should be longer?
Joeys breeder was telling me about boy dogs, and I feel so stupid, but I don't know the first thing about girl dogs, so I can't say if it would work in the same way. Haven't had a girl dog since I was a little girl.
