Grooming was new to me when I got Eddie. I always presumed it was like a haircut. Take the dog in, get him clipped, and take him home a half-hour later. Ha. Petco makes us make a specific appointment, then drop him off, then wait until they get around to grooming him. This is anywhere from 3-5 hours. Last time, I had to be at work, so I showed up after 3 hours. THEY HADN'T EVEN STARTED! When we complained, they had him done in a half hour. I actually like the groomer herself, but why can't they do it in a more timely manner, especially when you have an appointment?
