Hi there and Welcome to YT ! Congradulations on your two little babies! My Suzi did the same thing when I first brought her home. I was also very nervous, and that was one of my first posts about her not eating!
Try to have both puppies in a quiet environment. Too much activity , or visitors all at once in a new home can be too overwhelming. Try to keep it very calm at your house so the puppies can become adjusted and not stressed out, because they are already going to be upset, and unsure of what's happening.
Definately give them nutrical, or Kayro , rub it on their gums . You are going to have to do this because they could be at risk of Hypoglicemia, which if left untreated can be deadly.
Suzi ended up eating in the middle of the night that first day she was home, thankfully she was OK! I did use the Kayro on her , thanks to YT
Offer the new pupies food all the time and fresh water, leafe it out for them. And make sure they know where the food is. It may seem silly , however a new puppy can easily be confused in new surroundings. I would also be checking on your puppies through out the night. Thye need to be moniterd closely until they start eating on a regular basis.
