That's really a shame!
I'm sure she still looks really cute but when you specifically didn't even ASK for a haircut... I don't see how they can confuse that?!?! That's just crazy. Obviously, they were doing it the lazy way. They didn't want to sit there and brush all those things out, so they figured they'd just cut her hair. Which is ridiculous.
