The Paws Creations website has suggestions for getting your fluffs to use a water bottle. Some of the suggestions include putting peanut buttle on the nozzle, etc.
My Yorkie was frightened of the water bottle at first, too. I just took him close to the stand, showed him how it worked by putting water on his tongue, and then moved him closer and closer while praising him until he was using it on his own.
