My gut was telling me to keep it and I am so glad that everyone agrees....It is really hard to find good homes and the questionnaire just made me feel a little bit better about it...I got lucky last time and found GREAT homes with the help of the questionnaire so maybe I will get lucky again if I keep it....Thanks everyone!!!
