My heart is breaking for this boy... and the others listed here that are in kill shelters. He shouldn't be there.
My worries are this: I fear that by the time we get something together as far as a Yorkie Train goes, it may be too late.
If you are willing to foster Webster until a home is found for him, it may be the best way to go. You are fairly close to where this boy is, whereas I am 8 hours just to your city. I just don't want to see him Euthanized just because he peed on the carpet. Lets get this one figured out so that one of us can call tomorrow to discuss this with Suzanne.
