I'd prefer it if there's a questionnaire. It shows that the breeder really cares where their pups are going. If someone has a problem filling one out, then they must have something to hide or something, and aren't worth it anyway.
The only thing that's ever bugged me on a questionnaire was someone who asked for emailed pictures of the inside of our home. I thought that was a tad invasive, no? I'd invite them to come over and do a home check, but I thought it was just a little odd. Had it said pictures of the yard it would've made sense, but they wanted the inside of the house.
PS - I love filling them out too. =P I'm addicted to the ones on Facebook!
