First, congrats on your little arrival. It would have been best if she stayed with her Mom a few more weeks. It just means right now, there will be a little more work for you and your wife to do. I received my pup at 9 weeks and she is fine.
My suggestion would be to go to a pet store and purchase your own Nutri-cal to keep on hand. When a pup goes hypoglycemic, it can repeat itself. Young pups sleep a lot. And where that is ok, eating is the most important thing. As long as they are not sleeping due to low sugar. They must eat. Keep a little boiled chicken on hand to add to her food. No skin and just a small amount. That might encourage her to eat more. Just to get her back into a routine. I think at this point I would schedule feed her so you can be sure of her intake of food.
If not taken care of quickly, they will go into shock. It shuts down the organs, seizures can occur as well. They are easy to lose. So keep a eagle eye and keep us posted as to how she is doing. And please feel free to come and participate here. You will learn so much by reading here. And we would love to see pictures of your new family member.

Good luck
