Woody was doing that too. Also my Woody is 13 mos old
Woody though was doing this when my girls were in season.

I realized that the belly band should only be used for preventing an accident.
So I started putting Woody out as if he was a puppy, several times a day.
He then got the idea not to piddle in the belly band.
The belt went on as he came in though.
Also when the girls are over with their season, he came back to his senses.

Did you ever think that maybe he smells a female in season near you?
It is frustrating, because it last 3 whole weeks
