Then perhaps it's seasonal? You could track w/ pollen.com and see if there is a correlation (you can sign up for auto emails). Did it get worse w/ spring?

If it is a seasonal allergy, I'd still change the food - bc once a dog has 1 allergy, his immune system is more vulnerable to all types of allergies - so a domino effect can occur. Prevention of exposure to more common allergens can help.
