I know the wining is telling me she needs to go but when I take her out, she goes right for her pillow that's on the floor. Unless I make her go outside, she will act like she doesn't even have to go. I keep a strict routine with her. Are you saying that the later I feed, the later she will go? I always thought they should go within 30 minutes of eating?? Yes, we have multiple exits and we use the same one everytime.

No they don't necessarily poop 30 minutes after eating and yes adjusting the time you feed her...the later she will need to go.
People complain about dogs not pooping when they take them out....the reason they don't is because they don't have to. You've paid attention to the times she's going...and that's when you take her.
Just keep her on a schedule...make sure you walk her around...that stimulates them to go. Generally she will probably need to go first thing every AM...
I will tell you...it probably took mine at least the 4-5 month age before they "told" me by going to the door...that they needed to go. The first time she does that...you'll know she's caught on.
Btw, make sure you praise her to high heaven when she goes where it's appropriate.
