My husband has cancer (doing better), and we are unable to have children (or adopt due to medical issues), so we are so excited about our Dakota. It just breaks my heart, and I can't stop crying. Why can't I get any joy in my life? My SIL just had a baby last week, and I can't even look at the pictures...I see my in-laws so happy and joyful, and to know that my husband and I can't give them grandchildren, hurts so bad. Please pray that we get our puppy soon - I am just so down right now...

Is the breeder giving you the reasons for all the delays? How old is th epuppy? Maybe this is all for the good. Maybe she was trying to sell them too soon and now realizes they need more time with mother and siblings? Just trying to find some good to come out of it for you. I hope Friday is the day for you to bring Dakota home!
