I would try feeding her really early mine eats breakfast around 6 am then nibbles thru out the day, she also is pretty much finished eathing by 4 or 5 pm, she poops every night around 6 630 , she cant tell me she has to go poop either I can just tell by watching her and timing it, she is fully house trained and I cant remember the last time she had an accident in the house, its just constantly watching them. I dont use a crate either so its really just being dedicated to them and learning thier actions, no different really then a real life baby... just keep taking her out and treating when she poops or pee's! At the suggestion of someone on this site I just keep saying hurry up good girl... now 7 months later she will pretty much go on command, hurry up means go potty and get a cookie.... works everytime, BUT for the first 2 months I got up at 11-2-4 am !
