Glad your hubby is doing better, see that is a happy thing. I would look into this breeder, have you actually seen the puppies? I pray she is not trying to scam you out of $$. Perhaps if you post who she is, someone here may know something about her. If she legite, and is holding the babies because they are too young, then that may be a good thing. They should be 10 weeks + before they leave their mommy.
