Yes, I've thought of that....but I've received an "off the record" call from a certain higher up, that I'm pretty much a "protected employee" and if I wanted to I could come in late every day and no one would say a thing to me. Also, if they decide to "eliminate my position", they could very well decide to give me a "6 figure severance package". Not sure how true that is....
besides that, I've looked into the lawyer thing and I can't afford the 5K retainer fee.
