If you mean from the breeder you probably would have signed one before the puppy was shipped to you, or else now its by word. If you mean the airlines, I dont think they offer any guarentees, just insurance if something were to happen and the pup did not arrive alive while in their care, but you have to purchace that insurance before the plane ride. Hi there....yes it's me we had spoke in detail about a bunch of stuff. I reside in Berkeley. I finally got her and she is beautiful
but the next day I noticed the extra pad thingy and I was just in awe because I had never seen that before. When I spoke to the seller I was never told about this so I was just wondering if I should ask were the Mom and Dad like this and I also wanted to know whether anyone else out there has this or if I'm just one of a kind . Regardless I love her a whole big bunch I will just need to be careful whn grooming....... I'll post a picture soon after my co-worker gets in and shows me how
