In all honesty, we brought Winston home at 8 weeks, I know too young, but anyway, he was trained that very day to potty outside only, and he has never had a single accident, he is now 5 years old. Call me lucky or diligent...he knew where we wanted him to go potty and he only wanted to make us happy. So, I know it is not common to have a Yorkie trained at a very early age, but it is possible.
