I had mine done after pregnancy wrecked my original set.
It was about 10 years ago and they were $5000. I didn't finance but I did recently have a consult with a plastic surgeon for something else and she did offer interest free financing on 50% of the cost for 1 year I believe. If you have a low interest credit card you could go that way too. I'm a bit of a baby but I was in a ton of pain for the first 4 days. Just plan on staying drugged. You're smart to not want to go too big- that was my mistake.
